He is one of a small number of Board-Certified Career Coaches & Executive Resume Writers who holds certification in five coaching and writing disciplines. After three decades of work as an international HR consultant, he has narrowed his practice to do what he enjoys most – writing for senior leaders in federal and municipal law enforcement and private sector security. He optimizes the use of AI as a research tool to ensure the resumes he creates align optimally in the business environments targeted by his clients.

For well over a dozen years, the only people Tony writes for are referred by existing clients or by others who know a good deal about him and his passion for writing. His business model works because of the quality of his working relationships and the quality of his writing.
